Sonny Rollins Interview

Interesting interview with a music giant that we are fortunate to still have with us. Sonny speaking his mind as always, discussing racism, Bush, war, Buddhism, and of course music.

77 years old and still going strong.

“In My Mind, I Haven’t Reached My Vision”

Interview with jazz musician Sonny Rollins

BRUSSELS, Nov 1 (IPS) – New York’s Carnegie Hall was akin to a pilgrimage site in September when Sonny Rollins marked the 50th anniversary of his debut at the revered venue. Rollins spoke to IPS Brussels correspondent David Cronin ahead of a forthcoming European tour.
